The selected size, roof configuration and structural design must meet the requirements for the address. We confirm applicable manufacturer drawings and engineering, then coordinate foundations and connections. A catalog model name is not a snow-load approval for every location.
Wood responds to moisture changes. Natural checks and splits can develop over time; the manufacturer describes these as normal characteristics of exposed lumber. Follow the selected finish’s care guidance and protect newly exposed wood where required. We discuss upkeep before you choose the material.
Depending on the model, the collection includes privacy walls, curtains, shade accessories and media-wall options. Screen mounting, electrical routing and heaters are evaluated with the structure so accessories support the design and its required clearances.
