THE AWNING COLLECTION
Four ways to make the shade yours.
Choose the profile, reach and control that fit your home.
01 / COMPACT ARCHITECTURE
A clean line. Open or closed.
Signature Cassette
For homes where the retracted appearance matters as much as the shade. Select semi-cassette or full-cassette housing, with concealed arm belts and sealed ball bearings for a refined finish.
A wide terrace deserves an awning with presence. Wide-Span combines concealed arm belts, sealed bearings and a substantial torsion-bar design, with semi-cassette protection available on selected sizes.
For deeper decks and outdoor dining areas, Deep Projection offers a choice of 14′ 9″ or 16′ 6″ projection. Its larger components and motorized operation make generous shade the focus.
Lower afternoon sun needs a different approach. Adjustable Pitch lets you manually adjust the pitch with a removable crank while motorized extension and retraction handle the daily routine.
Published model maximums are selection guidelines. Available size combinations, mounting, options and final shade coverage are confirmed for your order.
MORE WAYS TO SHADE
Every opening has its own answer.
Classic Open-Roll
A versatile lateral-arm awning with manual or motorized operation. Custom widths from 5 to 40 feet, with projection up to 11′ 6″.
Drop Arm
Shade for windows and open porches, with adjustable spring-loaded arms. Published sizes reach 30 feet wide with drop and projection up to 5 feet.
THE FINISH IS PERSONAL
Tailored to your architecture.
Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic fabrics bring a broad palette of solids and stripes. Coordinate the canopy with the home’s masonry, trim and outdoor furniture; then choose a powder-coated frame and valance that complete the look.
We review real fabric and finish selections before ordering. The right combination feels like part of the home.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
From high noon to the last conversation.
Drop shade
An optional front-bar drop shade addresses low-angle sun and adds screening. Availability and size depend on the awning model.
Lighting
Choose compatible LED or integrated arm-light options for evening ambiance. Lighting packages vary by model and selected configuration.
Connected control
Somfy controls offer remote and wall-switch options. Compatible TaHoma connectivity adds app control; optional sensors support the operating plan.
SELECTED FOR COLORADO LIFE
Strong sun. Thoughtful shade.
We match projection and pitch to the terrace, the furniture layout and the direction of the sun. Then we review the mounting substrate, structural attachment and power so the awning is planned as part of the home.
The selected manufacturer’s owner guidance calls for retraction during high winds or heavy driving rain and advises against leaving an extended awning unattended. Sensors assist operation; they cannot protect against every sudden gust.
Snow & winter care
Keep the awning retracted before snow or ice accumulation. Follow the owner manual’s winter care, including valance removal when appropriate. Fabric awnings are sun-protection systems, not snow-bearing roofs.
Made to fit. Assembled here.
The manufacturer’s model chart lists U.S. assembly throughout the range. Main frame-component origins are Spain and the USA for several models; Adjustable Pitch lists USA. We confirm the selected model and components with your order.
CAFÉS / RETAIL / SIDEWALK DINING
Tailored shade. A different setting.
Fabric color, frame finish and projection can respond to a storefront as beautifully as a private terrace. Explore commercial applications around mounting conditions, pedestrian clearance and your operating plan.
KNOW THE DETAILS
A beautiful choice. A clear specification.
Which awning should I choose?
Start with the shade footprint. Signature Cassette suits a compact cassette appearance; Wide-Span serves wider terraces; Deep Projection reaches deeper into the patio; Adjustable Pitch offers adjustable pitch for changing sun angles. Elevation reviews the mounting and available size combinations before specifying your model.
What does cassette housing do?
A semi-cassette partially shelters the retracted fabric. A full cassette encloses the retracted assembly for a cleaner exterior profile. Availability depends on the model and size. Housing protects the stored awning; weather operating instructions still apply when extended.
What warranty comes with the awning?
Manufacturer warranty programs vary by product. Selected cassette and wide-span models offer limited lifetime frame coverage for the original owner, with separate fabric, motor and electronics terms. We provide the actual model, current warranty documents, exclusions and installation coverage with your proposal.
Will a wind sensor make it stormproof?
No. The selected manufacturer’s owner manual states that wind and rain sensors cannot protect an awning from sudden gusts or rainfall, and that wind and water-retention damage is excluded from warranty coverage. We provide the selected operating guidance and sensor settings with the installation.
How do I care for the fabric?
Follow The selected manufacturer’s owner guide and Sunbrella cleaning guidance. Clear loose debris before retracting, clean regularly and avoid pressure washing. The manufacturer also advises against grilling or open flames beneath the canopy. We review care and winter storage with your selected system.
Product information is based on the selected manufacturer’s published model pages, comparison chart and owner guide. Confirm current options and the final specification with Elevation.
