LOUVERED ROOFS / ELEVATION
Motorized louvers bring adjustable shade and an architectural frame to your outdoor life.
COLORADO, BY DESIGN
Our primary louvered-roof collection offers hidden Tek fasteners and cornice treatments that keep structural connections out of the visual foreground. We review the actual connection and trim details with you before ordering.
Forever’s collection uses 6105 aluminum extrusions and dual-wall louvers. Selected beam profiles have ¼-inch walls. Beam size, span and post spacing are chosen together for the project’s required loads.
An integrated 5½-inch perimeter gutter and concealed downspout options manage runoff with a clean silhouette. We coordinate outlet locations with paving, landscaping and foundation drainage.
Rotate the louvers to tune the space throughout the day. Close them for rain protection within the system’s design limits. Optional controls and sensors are selected with the manufacturer’s weather operating instructions.
Screens, lighting and heaters belong in the original plan. We coordinate mounting, power, clearances and controls so the finished space feels intentional. Heater selection includes ventilation and manufacturer safety clearances.
Snow, wind exposure, roof geometry and the foundation determine the final design. Elevation coordinates the manufacturer, installation scope and licensed engineering needed for your Colorado property.

THE DETAILS MATTER
We bring louvered roofs, screens, pavilions, privacy and patio materials into one outdoor-living conversation. Your proposal can coordinate product selection through Elevation Shade and the construction scope through Elevation Build Co. Our connection to Colorado Paver Supply and Colorado Outdoor Living Supply helps connect the structure to the landscape beneath it.
Ask each provider for the same project requirements: design snow load, wind criteria, post layout, foundation scope, drainage, screen configuration and finish details. Then compare the complete installed scope. With Elevation, explore concealed-fastener options, domestic manufacturing in our primary collection and coordinated outdoor-room planning. Confirm the exact model and what is included in writing.
Published ratings describe particular systems and configurations. They do not establish the design for every Colorado address. Roof snow load, drift, wind uplift, connections and foundations must be checked together. Ask for the applicable calculations and drawings; a roof rating alone does not certify an existing patio or deck.
The Elevation Shade Latitude collection offers dual-wall louvers, attached or freestanding layouts and multiple modules. Its current product page lists single modules up to 12 feet wide and 20 feet in projection, with published design capabilities up to 60 psf snow and 130 mph wind. Those figures are manufacturer claims subject to configuration and site-specific engineering.
We establish the selected system’s weather operating plan at handover. Follow its specified louver position and sensor settings. Do not force frozen louvers or operate against snow or ice. Design capacity, the recommended parked position and safe motor operation are separate questions.
Forever describes its louvers, beams, gutters and posts as extruded, coated and manufactured in Michigan. We confirm the selected product and accessory origins during specification; motors, electronics and third-party accessories have their own supply chains.
Manufacturer specifications apply to the selected model and configuration. Final project documents establish the requirements for your property.
